Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how you buy from Royal Vision Traders, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

Royal Vision Traders is an online retailer of consumer audio and lifestyle electronics based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Our store is royalvisiontraders.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply every time you use this website or place an order with us. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery and Returns and Refunds pages, which form part of them.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, using the specifications given to us by the manufacturer or supplier.

• Product photographs are for illustration. Colour can look different from one screen to another.
• Accessories shown in a photograph are only included when the product page says so.
• Where a product is a compatible or alternative version rather than the original brand, the product page states this.

4. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include any tax that applies. The price you see on the product page at the time you order is the price we charge.

Prices and offers can change at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel at no cost.

5. Placing an order

You can order through the order form on this website or by sending us your order on WhatsApp. In both cases you will receive an order number.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and dispatch it. We may decline an order, and we will tell you why, if:

• The item is out of stock
• We cannot verify your delivery address or phone number
• The order appears fraudulent, or a previous order to the same address was refused on delivery without reason
• There was a pricing or listing error

Please give a correct phone number. We call or message before dispatch to confirm the address, and an order we cannot confirm may be cancelled.

6. Payment

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives.
• Online payment. Where offered, you transfer the amount and send us the confirmation, and we dispatch once payment is received.

We never ask for your card PIN, your full card number, an OTP or your banking password. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Royal Vision Traders and asks for these, do not share them and please tell us.

7. Delivery

We deliver within Pakistan only. Delivery charges, timings and what happens if a parcel is delayed or damaged are set out in full on our Shipping and Delivery page. The charge that applies to your order is always shown before you confirm it.

Delivery timings are estimates. They can be affected by weather, strikes and courier delays that are outside our control.

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. A faulty or incorrect item is always ours to put right at our cost. The full conditions, including which items we cannot accept back, are on our Returns and Refunds page.

9. Cancelling an order

You may cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched. Call or WhatsApp 0322 7782932 with your order number.

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled, and it is handled under our returns process instead.

10. Using this website

You agree not to use this website to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to attempt unauthorised access to it, or to copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for activity that happens under your account.

11. Our content

The Royal Vision Traders name, logo, page designs, written descriptions and our own photography belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission. Brand names and product images belonging to manufacturers remain the property of those owners and are used to describe the products we sell.

12. Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying the product you ordered, in the condition described, and for putting right anything that is faulty or incorrect.

We are not responsible for loss that we could not reasonably have expected, for damage caused by misuse of a product, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
